Who we are / How we work with clients to implement solutions
How we work with clients to implement solutions
Our client engagements vary – some simply require an intervention such as executive coaching, while others are looking for an end-to-end solution.
In every case:
We focus on the business challenge
We create a bespoke programme
We measure the effectiveness
We focus on the business challenge
Are these your Challenges?
Every organisation has different, pressing challenges. We believe that it is essential to understand our clients’ objectives in order to implement the best in class and most relevant solution.
In today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment we are finding there are typical problems many of our clients say they need to solve.
We hear the following:
- We need to move to a consultative value based selling model
- I want our customers to see us as Trusted Advisers not product or service providers
- The mindset and culture of our people needs to change
- Performance improvement is reliant on my leaders’ willingness and ability to coach
- Our senior people need to embrace and lead change
- What got us here won’t get us there – we need our leaders to thrive in an increasingly VUCA environment
- Putting the customer at the heart of what we do, is essential for growth
- How can we be distinctive in the eyes of our customer?

We create a bespoke programme
Bespoke Programme Building
How we access our rich toolkit to build compelling relevant solutions.
Our delivery philosophy
We create highly immersive learning environments – participants can learn, practice and
execute against real business situations. We relish the opportunity to co-operate and co-
create with our clients to produce initiatives that are stimulating, difference-making and
memorable.
Where appropriate, we look to incorporate a blended pathway involving:
- Self-directed learning
- Workshops (either face to face or virtual)
- Coaching
- On-the-job applications
- Business-relevant challenges
- Success reviews

We measure the effectiveness
Measuring Programme Effectiveness
Your success is our success, so measuring programme effectiveness is vital.
Our approach with any assignment is to focus on the delivery of return on investment in line with the goals agreed at the commencement of the project. We achieve this by taking a contextual / experiential approach to the learning and development process; we create a learning environment that reflects real challenges that delegates face, in such a way that they can learn, practice and execute against real business situations.
Step 1
We use a range of tools and processes to gather information, including online surveys and 360 Degree processes to determine:
- The reaction to what is delivered
- The motivation of people to do things differently
- The ability to do things differently and better
Step 2
We then measure 3 further factors:
- Learning: Have the participants achieved the learning outcomes we agreed at the outset of the project?
- Individual performance: what changes should we expect to see in individual performance as a result of the learning being applied on the job?
- Organisational results: What are the measurable consequences of the change in individual performance for our client’s business?
Step 3
We then ensure that we have the right blend of hard and soft data. For example, soft data might include measuring staff satisfaction and capturing new ideas. Hard data could include specific sales performance improvements, increased market share over a given period, and employee attrition. We expect to define the measures in collaboration with our clients in order that we can track the achievement of the required goals.
