We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office; our registration number is ZA512883. Our designated statutory authority under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the Information Commissioner’s Office. We are based in England.

What data we collect

For customer, business partners and prospective customers, we capture information on the individuals’ names, email, business addresses, business telephone numbers, business location, employer’s company name and job title/role. We capture and audit, when, where and how we communicate with the contacts.

We also use Cookies. Cookies are small files which many web sites transfer to your hard disk. They provide us information on what pages you visit and various preference, which in turn enables us to provide you with a more personalised service. You can, if you wish, disable cookies by clicking below.

How do we use your information:

We use the information to help us to understand more about how our website is used, to improve our site and in some cases, to send you information about us and our products which we think may be of interest to you. Transform Performance International operates an ‘opt in’ policy and, as such, you will only be sent information if you have given your initial permission. You can ‘unsubscribe’ at any time.

Why we collect data

We collect information on existing customers and business partners so that we can manage contracts and carry out our business. We collect personal data on prospective customers from face to face meetings. We use their personal data on prospective customers to communicate how we can help the organisation to optimise their business performance. Transform Performance has a ‘legitimate business interest’ in communicating information on Transform Performance’s offerings to this prospective client base.

When we delete data

We retain data for as long as the prospective customer, existing customer or business partner remains in the job role in the organisation that they work for. We aim to refresh the information on these individuals to check that it is accurate and relevant at least once a year.

Other information on what we do with data

We store and process data for which we act as Data Controllers in the UK. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision making on data for which we act as Data Controllers. We do not provide information for which we act as Data Controllers to any third-parties without the express written consent of the data subject.

How we look after data

We take reasonable technical and procedural precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of personal data. We store the personal data that we collect securely. We do not publish the details of the safeguards we use to protect personal data that we control as this could reduce the effectiveness of those safeguards.

Survey and Assessment Privacy Policy

The following privacy policy is in effect as of the 6th April 2018. This policy is subject to change. In the event of any changes, the customers and all participants will be notified. Transform Performance International is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We keep and use information in line with EU-General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not intentionally collect information from any persons under the age of 13. This statement and any other documents referred to in it set out the basis on which the personal data we collect from you in response to this online survey will be processed by us and will be held for a maximum term of 2 years. When you respond to our online survey, we collect and process the data you provide before passing it on to the relevant individuals. Find out what data we hold on you

Please send us an instruction via email to [email protected] requesting us to collate all of the data that we are a controller of that relates to you and send it to you.

We use this approach rather than a web form so that we can confirm that you are the individual that is instructing us to send them the data that we control on you. This is so that we can avoid other individuals using your details fraudulently.

When we have collated all the data that we hold on you, we will securely send you the data, at most within 30 days. If there is any reason for a delay in providing you with your data, we will notify you as soon as possible. When we send you your data, we will inform you of the other rights that you have that relate to your data.

Alter the data that we hold on you

Please send us an email to [email protected] to correct data that we control that relates to you.

We use this approach, rather than a web form, so that we can confirm that you are the individual that relates to the data rectification instruction. We do this so that we can avoid other individuals using your details fraudulently.

When we have updated all the data that we hold on you according to your instructions, we will securely send you a copy of the rectified data, at most within 30 days of your reply to the confirmation email outlined above.

We will stop processing any data that we control that relates to you from one working day of receiving your email instruction until the time when we have rectified your data. During this time, we may need to contact you if we need any clarification on what you would like us to change.

Erase all the data that you hold on me

If you would like Transform Performance International to delete all of the data that we are a controller of that relates to you, please email us on [email protected] and let us know.

We use this approach, rather than a web form, so that we can confirm that you are the individual that is sending us the instruction. We do this so that we can avoid other individuals using your details fraudulently.

We will confirm to you that we have erased the data within 30 days of receipt of the email that you send. We will retain information that we need for legal purposes, which includes information that we need to register any opt outs or unsubscribes.

If you want us to stop communicating with you, please consider opting out of communications with us instead of asking us to erase your data. You can email [email protected] to notify us of your request.

Restrict processing

Please email [email protected] to send us an instruction to restrict the processing of data that we control that relates to you. Note that if you have sent us an instruction to exercise your rights under the GDPR or other Data Protection regulations, we will restrict the processing of any data that we hold on you automatically while we carry out your instructions.

We take this approach, rather than a web form, so that we can confirm that you are the individual that relates to the request and avoid confusion if other individuals use your details fraudulently.

We will send an email to you to confirm that we will stop processing your data and also keep your data securely stored, at most within 30 days of receiving your instruction.

We will send an email to you that gives you secure access to the data that we hold on you, at most within 30 days of your reply to the confirmation email outlined above.

Unsubscribe

If you do not wish to receive any form of communication from Transform Performance International, please email [email protected] to send us an instruction to opt out of all communication.

We use this approach rather than a web form so that we can confirm that you are the individual that is instructing us to opt out of communications. We do this so that we can avoid other individuals using your details fraudulently.

If you only wish to opt out of a certain type of communication, please note that in the email body.

Within one working week, we will then suppress any communications to you that Transform Performance International is a controller of. We will not confirm that you are unsubscribed from communications.
