  • DISC is a psychometric model based off the concepts of Carl Jung’s work in the early 20th century. DISC is a way of describing a person’s observable behaviour, and by using this knowledge, being able to anticipate how they are likely to act in the future
  • By answering a simple questionnaire, a behavioural profile or assessment of the individual is generated
  • The DISC behavioural reports show us a person’s natural behavioural style (how they intrinsically operate) and also their adapted behavioural style (how they respond to the demands of the environments). With this information we see where their strengths are not being leveraged, and the underlying causes of stress for them
  • First, we define the competencies required to execute our client’s ideal processes (e.g. sales processes). We define what world-class looks like at each stage.
  • We then create a model which we can measure everyone against
  • These measures form part of an online 180-degree assessment that assists us to understand, at an individual and organisational level, where the opportunities for investment lie
  • Relevant for all disciplines, this tool helps users understand how to adapt their own communication strategy in order to better connect with other people. The reports provide a guide on how to communicate and how NOT to communicate with a given contact, which is useful in:
    • Planning and conducting team meetings
    • Preparing presentations
    • Managing and motivating colleagues
  • An online diagnostic tool for leaders and their teams to identify where to focus investment and action
  • A confidential, personal online guidance tool. By answering 14 simple questions the tool will show someone where they might focus in order to build an outstanding LinkedIn presence
  • The personal report indicates where the biggest impact can be gained, and links through to thought leadership content, insights and ideas as to how someone might accelerate their personal brand
  • An online diagnostic tool, the output of which provides the facilitator or the leader the data to agree collaboration commitments that underpin team success
  • We have created online surveys for some of the largest companies in the world and have captured data for thousands of participants which has enabled us to create benchmarks and define best-in-class.
