Transform Performance International (TPI) partners with clients to unlock their potential for delivering performance transformation. We are looking for a Project Co - Ordinator to work as part of a team that designs, builds and delivers solutions for our global clients such as Cisco, American Express and Virgin Media. The Project Co – Ordinator will be instrumental in the successful completion of projects as well as our client satisfaction.
Key activities:
- Coordinate internal resources, Business Associates and Partners
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Develop thorough and practical project plans in order to track actions and progress
- Maintaining positive client relationships as well as identifying opportunities to improve
- Attending, participating and sometimes running project meetings and project calls
- Proactively managing and mitigating project risk
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
About you:
- Proven working experience in a project related role
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to take initiatives from abstract to concrete
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Ability to work remotely with global clients
- Advanced capability with Microsoft Office suite
