Transform Performance International (TPI) partners with clients to unlock their potential for delivering performance transformation. We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and oversee numerous projects related to TPI clients and internal business projects. Once an opportunity is qualified then the Project Manager will oversee its end to end delivery drawing on different capabilities within the broader team (design, commercial, finance and communications). This role will provide input to Partners on improving consistency, predictability and efficiency of project delivery. The Project Manager will ensure the success of each project, manage the client's expectations as well as managing internal requirements of the business.

Key activities:

  • Project initiation-requirements gathering, understanding client learning and business outcomes
  • Coordinate internal resources, Business Associates and Partners to ensure the success of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
  • Provide transparency on key project metrics that includes overall status, milestones, budget, risks, etc. to Client Lead to support project governance
  • Managing resource availability - internal and external
  • Develop detailed project plans in order to track actions and progress
  • Maintaining client relationships within the project with the ability to identify opportunities and feedback to the Client Lead
  • Client facing tasks such as attending meetings and project calls
  • Clear understanding of risks/issues and their impact on the project's success, including the definition and execution of effective risk mitigation actions
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary

About you:

  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a consultancy business
  • Preferable experience of managing change and operational improvement projects
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good knowledge of the training cycle, learning analysis through design, delivery and evaluation
  • Ability to take initiatives from abstract to concrete
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work effectively with clients globally across various cultures
  • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office suite (Inc. MS Project and Excel)
  • You will ideally have a formal project management certification (Prince2/PMP)
